I liked the room with a king sized bed, the bed was extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was just off Twin ports, Close to the airport, and Airport, Mall, and Mills Fleet...

Fantastic hotel, I had a really great stay. It was based in new building in a marvellous location, in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was short walk to Airport, Mall, and Mills Fleet farm. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and a good hot breakfast was provided.

Loved the large shower, tons of storage space, and the amazing lighting! Highly recommend for family stays.

After a long flight delay, I was relieved to find a cozy room waiting for me, and the clean, comfy vibe of the suite made me feel right at home. The heated patio was a perfect spot for my morning coffee, and I really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub during my stay. I wish the coffee supplies had been restocked daily, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! ☕

Our large family felt right at home in the queen suite. The beds were super comfy, and the room had plenty of space to keep all our kids' stuff. We enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, especially the hot options that kept everyone satisfied.

My wife says that a nightlight in the bathroom would really help families at night.

Helpful staff provided perfect directions after my late arrival. The breakfast selection was excellent, with homemade preserves and a wide variety of hot items that catered to everyone's tastes. The 10 pm quiet policy fell short when we were asked to keep noise down for a neighboring guest, which led to an uncomfortable encounter. Paper-thin walls made it hard for our family to settle in without disturbance, and the manager's response to our situation was less than courteous.

Indoor saltwater pool was a hit with the kids, decent Wi-Fi but slow sometimes.
